
Communication Skills (Module 6 – Diploma Level) is a course designed to equip learners with the knowledge, attitudes and practical abilities needed to communicate effectively in academic, professional and social contexts.
At this level, the course focuses on developing both verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading and writing. Learners are trained to express ideas clearly, confidently and appropriately for different audiences and situations.
The course emphasizes practical application, enabling students to participate in discussions, deliver presentations, and prepare workplace documents. By the end of the module, learners are expected to communicate effectively, collaborate with others and demonstrate professionalism in various environments.
